Troy Township Partners with Leading Mental Health Company, Thriveworks, to Launch Community Mental Health Program
TROY TOWNSHIP, SHOREWOOD, IL – Supervisor Joseph D. Baltz is proud to announce that as of November 25, 2024, Troy Township has partnered with Thriveworks, a leading provider of quality in-person and online therapy services, to offer Troy Township residents affordable and accessible mental health care.
Through this partnership, Troy Township residents will be able to access Thriveworks’ award-winning therapy and psychiatry services for a variety of concerns including depression and anxiety, stress and life transitions, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, relationship issues, family conflict and more. Services can be delivered in-person or online so residents can receive the care they need suited to their preferences and busy schedules. Troy Township will cover the costs for under or uninsured residents until funding is exhausted.
Supervisor Joseph D. Baltz said, “This first-of-its-kind partnership represents our commitment to community mental health. We recognize the challenges many residents face and the barriers to accessing care. Through this partnership, we aim to make it easier for anyone in Troy Township to get the help that they need.”
