Assessor

TROY TOWNSHIP ASSESSOR KIMBERLY ANDERSON is a lifelong Troy Township Resident. She has been employed with the Assessor’s Office since 2007. Kimberly obtained her CIAO designation in 2010 and is continuing her education with the Illinois Department of Revenue and the Illinois Property Assessment Institute. She is currently in her second term as Troy Township’s Assessor. Kimberly is
currently the President of the Will County Assessor’s Association.  She also serves as a member of the Shorewood Citizen’s Advisory Committee.  Kimberly is a prior 18 year business owner and former Shorewood ESDA Coordinator.  She is married and has one son.
